Borrower of the Month: December

Harry Potter book series was indeed a phenomenal movie of all time grossing $974,755,371 upon released of its first book, Harry Potter and the Sorcerer’s Stone.  The succeeding book parts made their marks as well in the world movie record with its total earning way higher than the first book. With everybody craving to watch more of Harry Potter, Victor Datu, a H2 student appreciates the book more, making him our featured borrower for the month of December.  When asked about the difference of the movie to the book version he said “Reading the book offers you detailed glimpses the movie cannot deliver. Aside from the fact that the book gives you very detailed scenarios , there is that special bond I develop with the book. Unlike the movies that you only watch if you feel like it, with the book you need to find time. Just like taking a shot from a camera, different angles present different perspectives.”
